Corporate Governance Rating

​The Corporate Governance Rating Report, prepared in accordance with the Corporate Governance Principles of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) which was published in January
2014 and according to the Rating for Compliance with Corporate Governance Principles Agreement signed between ASELSAN and Saha Kurumsal Yönetim ve Derecelendirme
Hizmetleri A.Ş. (SAHA), which was authorized with respect to Capital Markets Board's (CMB) Communiqué on Principles Regarding the Rating Activities and Rating Institutions in
Capital Markets, has been completed. Our rating, which had been confirmed as 9.13 over 10 on 11/12/2015, has been revised as 9.15 as of 12/12/2016. The increase of the rating is
the outcome of ASELSAN's placing importance on Corporate Governance Principles, the willingness to keep this process continuous and dynamic and the enhancements made
accordingly. ASELSAN, having started its Corporate Governance Rating journey with the second best start-up note in 2012, is carrying its note forward every year, as an indicator
of the importance placed on this issue.

These notes indicate that ASELSAN performs very good in terms of Capital Markets Board's corporate governance principles, it has deployed necessary policies and measures, it
has created and operated management and internal control systems effectively, it has identified and actively managed most of the corporate governance risks, the rights of
shareholders and stakeholders has been protected fairly, public disclosure and transparency activities and the structure and operation of board of directors has been at best
practice level.
